This machine is used to press veneer, pvc sheet or similar laminates on the door frame. This machine is made useing heavy duty structure and uses hydraulic pressure to paste the sheets with laminates.

It uses hydraulic pressure to press strips, blocks or sheets using glue to form thicker and denser sheets. Platens used for pressing are made from precision sheets and all parts are inspected and complete trials are taken before dispatch. The opening between cylinders can be customized as per customer requirements. Plastic/Laminate/Bamboo/Wooden strips or sheets when applied with glue and pressed at high pressure and temperature they take up the size similar to the form in which the pressure is applied. Layers of these strips/sheets too can be joined and can be used domestically and commercially. This forms the laminated boards/bamboo/wooden boards. There are wide ranges of glues to determine the use the product formed. The press is actually a stepping stone which can be used for one or more purposes.
